 HELLO LOVELIES, I welcome you all to the 10 th month, as we roll the tape down, as we run towards the finish line in the year 2025, I admonish you all not to concentrate on your opponents in this race but to be more mindful of the direction in which your speed leads you to because in as much as speed is good to get to the finish line on time, ending   a race at the wrong finish line sets you back drastically, then you realize that you have not only lost time, strength but also resources. Why are we so much in a hurry? Why does having an opponent matter? What would ending the race quickly bring you? If your speed is being enforced by the wrong reasons, you might never be satisfied even if you come 1 st , but when your speed is built on your personal and fundamental reasons, even with a 10th position your heart will leap for great joy because your only competition is YOU. MAKE ABSTEMIOUS REALISTIC CHOICES AND HABITS

  Often times when it comes to making big shifts, decisions, choices that might bring a radical change in our lives there is always a choice we make, either to face it head –on or flee, while the latter sound easy and devoid you of any responsibility or heaviness; it may also seem easier, as it spares us from the responsibility or discomfort, but it often traps us in a cycle of stagnation. Fleeing creates a space where progress is suffocated much like gasping for breath in low- oxygen conditions, thus finally forcing you to go for options that might not necessarily be the best suited solutions to your next needed step for growth, but somehow our survival instinct would pick whatever is available. The question is -WHY DO WE ALWAYS WAIT FOR THE WORST? OR GIVE EXCUSES THAT MAKES THE OTHER OPTION FEEL RIGHT.  Adults are more likely to find their selves saddled with lots of baggage, you my start out the year or the  project with an intense focus and attention to details, then , suddenly you end up encountering unprecedented bumps on your path and this little distraction, always has the power to deter you from finishing strong.      Firstly cultivated in China in the 15 th century, cherished so much across both China and Japan that a special day named “festival of happiness” has been dedicated to celebrate its uniqueness and symbolism. Coined from the Greek words “chyros” (gold) and “anthemion” (flower) which literally means a gold flower. When I see a mums I think of the concept of “a life well lived” which means one that was enjoyed and impactful. A human with the ability to live life well and not just exist must be one who is consistently evolving, watered properly, surrounded by the best people and receiving positive energy.
